Dr. Talia Gilmour, DPT
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Owner of Holistic Pelvic Health
I started this journey in my early twenties, looking to go into something that could help women. After discovering pelvic floor physical therapy was something I deeply needed for myself but had taken years to discover, I decided to go to Physical Therapy School to help others in this way.
After attaining my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNM in 2017, I specialized in pelvic health.
I help patients navigate the physical challenges that often go unspoken. My clinical practice is rooted in the belief that symptoms like pain or dysfunction may be common, but they are never 'normal' parts of life you have to accept.
I provide individualized, compassionate care designed to restore function and improve quality of life. By combining specialized manual therapy with functional movement, I partner with my patients to develop sustainable strategies for long-term health and pelvic floor resilience.
